Kelly Rhea Bricker

Kelly Rhea Bricker, age 49 of Edinboro, passed away at her home on Tuesday September 30, 2025. She was surrounded by her loving family, following a long and courageous battle with cancer. Kelly was born on October 2, 1975, in Erie, a daughter of Carol (Craft) Welch and the late Raymond Welch. In addition to her dad, she was preceded in death by one brother, Jeffery Lee Welch.

Kelly worked as a supervisor at Telatron Call Center and went on to work in childcare. She was the owner/operator of the internet company Kelly Belly Bootique, which sold crafts, and she could be seen at local craft fairs throughout the area. Her last position was working at the Montessori School in the cafeteria. Kelly was a member and past youth group leader at Grace United Methodist Church. She loved New Kids on the Block and greatly enjoyed her recent adventurous trip to Las Vegas with family to see NKOTB in residency.

In addition to her mother, she is survived by her husband of seventeen years, Justin Bricker, two sons, Todd Steele Jr. and Aaron Bricker; one sister, Laurie (Rick) Chrostowski; one brother, Doug Welch and many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. She is further survived by her father and mother-in-law, Al & Jan Bricker and two sisters-in-law, Alison (Art) Greishaw and Brianna Bricker.

The family would like to thank their extended family, friends, coworkers, the UPMC-Hospice Team and the Cancer Center, for all their care and support during this long journey.
