David Robert Larrimer, 59, passed away peacefully surrounded by family and friends on Wednesday, April 12, 2023. Family will receive friends from 10-11 am on Wednesday, April 26, followed by a memorial service at 11 am at Egan Ryan Northwest Chapel, 4661 Kenny Road, Columbus 43220. There will be a private family burial at Resurrection Cemetery.
Born July 26, 1963 in Columbus, David was a graduate of Upper Arlington High School and attended Columbus State Community College and OSU. He was employed for 19 years at Sears Logistics Center as supervisor in five different departments.
David was preceded in death by his father, Thomas G. Larrimer, and siblings Cathy, Gregg, and Laura Larrimer. He is survived by his mother, Janet Larrimer, and his sisters Gretchen Larrimer, Karen (David) Warner, Jennifer Larrimer Thomas, and numerous nephews and nieces.
David loved spending time with family and friends. His interests included collecting comic books, following his beloved Bengals and Buckeyes, and fishing. He especially enjoyed spending vacations at Oliver Lake in Indiana. He loved nature and animals and was an excellent wild animal spotter.
David's family is grateful for the loyal and lifelong friendships and support he enjoyed.
