David A. Leser

David Allen Leser, of Bay City, MI, was sent to his eternal home on September 9, 2025 at 66 years of age. David was born July 28, 1959 in Bay City to parents Donald and Patricia. He attended John Glenn High School and worked as a Journeyman Pipefitter for many years.

David enjoyed spending time in the great outdoors hunting, fishing, and riding quad runners, dirt bikes, and snowmobiles. He spent countless Saturdays over the years out on the boat with his family fishing for perch or towing water-skiers. No problem was unfixable, and he instilled a sense of "do it yourself" and generous work ethic in all those around him.

David is survived by his daughters Chelsea (Brandon) Grzegorczyk and Lauren Leser; his former spouse Molly Fogg; and his sisters Debra Flanders and DeeAnn Jean. He was preceded in death by parents Donald and Patricia Leser, brother Don Leser, and beloved son Trevor Leser.

The family is grateful for the compassionate hearts and gentle care provided by Bay Shores Senior Care Center and McLaren Hospice through his final year of life. David's family will be holding a private memorial service in his memory. Those wishing to express sympathy may visit Calvary Cemetery in Kawkawlin, where David will be laid to rest next to his son.
