David "Dave" Frederick Limbach
Age 72, of Oscoda, MI passed away on Wednesday, February 26, 2025. He was born on December 4, 1952 in Petoskey, MI. Dave owned and operated Dave Limbach Construction in Oscoda, MI and loved being a part of the community. One of his favorite ways to unwind after a long day of work was by catching up with friends during "The Office" hours and having a drink together. Over the years, Dave enjoyed hunting, fishing, going to the casino and traveling. He spent some time living in Panama City, FL and those years always held great memories for him. One of his favorite traveling memories was his trip to Savannah, GA with his sister. Dave was also known in his family for making the best homemade chicken noodle soup. He was loved and cherished by so many in the community and his kind heart, laughter and gentle soul will truly be missed. Dave is survived by his children, Jason, Adam and Luke and their mom, Judy Limbach; his birth mom, Marion Worniak; siblings, Dick Laney, Bob Laney, Linda (Ernie) Kandal, Peggy (Kim) Yachasz, Tammy (John) Grinnan and John Worniak and many nieces, nephews and friends. Dave was preceded in death by his parents, Ralph and Dorothy Limbach. Per his wishes, cremation has taken place and a celebration of life will be held at a later date. Dear Judy and the boys,

I was very sad to hear of the passing of Dave. Dave was a great guy, quiet yet very friendly to everyone. Dave had the best heart, best smile and the prettiest blue eyes ever.... I´m so sorry Judy and I hope to be able to give you a big hug sometime in the near future. I knew how much you loved him . Jason, Adam and Luke - my condolences .
Love, Gayle Kluzik Sauer
