Mr. Minchey was born on June 27, 1992, in Greenville, KY, the son of David and Shelly Encinias Minchey. He worked at Trad and was a member of Cross Point Ministries. He is preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Bobby and Helen Minchey; his maternal grandparents, Dalford and Doris Kasinger; his maternal grandfather, Daniel Encinias.
Survivors include his parents, David and Shelly Minchey of Hopkinsville; his sister, Shaye (Trey) Wheeler of Hopkinsville; his nephew, Brooks Wheeler; his niece, Everly Wheeler.
