David L. Mylander

David Lewis Mylander, 88, was born on May 9, 1935 in Oak Harbor and died on September 16, 2023 at Elmwood Assisted Living in Fremont, OH. Funeral service will be held on September 23, 2023 at St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church, 122 Ottawa Street, Oak Harbor at 12:00 PM, with visitation starting at 11:00 AM at the same location. Burial will take place at Salem Township Union Cemetery, Oak Harbor. David attended Salem-Oak Harbor High School and the University of Toledo. He worked at Brush Wellman Inc. (now Materion). In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church Endowment Trust Fund, Zenobia Shriners Children Hospital Fund, Stein Hospice, or Doris Mylander Scholarship Fund.
