DAVID F. PROUD – of Woburn, died peacefully, October 17th, with his family by his side after a courageous battle with cancer at the age of sixty-nine. Beloved husband of Mary Ellen Michitson. Loving father of Kristen Proud of FL, David Proud of Haverhill and Bryan Proud of CO. Dear brother of Carol Hayden of ME and Linda Swinnerton of Wenham. Adored grandfather of Allison, Kevin, Jackson and Cameron.
