David Reed Obituary

David was a dedicated auto mechanic who spent his career working for several local dealerships in Beaufort. Known for his skill, integrity, and willingness to lend a helping hand, he earned the respect and friendship of many throughout the community.
Beyond his work, David had a deep passion for motorcycles. He was a proud member of the Bikers Against Bullies Beaufort Chapter, where he combined his love for riding with his commitment to supporting others.
He is survived by his loving wife of 22 years, Laura Hatch Reed of Beaufort; his daughter, Sidney Sommer, and her husband Tyler of Beaufort; and his sister, Joyce Gleason, also of Beaufort. David was preceded in death by his parents and his two brothers, Allen and James Reed.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Bikers Against Bullies Beaufort Chapter 900 Brotherhood Road Apt. I-1 Beaufort, SC 29902, or you can use the link below to donate in David's memory.
David will be remembered for his kindness, his laughter, and his love of the open road.
