David Sohm Obituary

David was a native of Jacksonville and a graduate of Mandarin High School, Class of 2008. He loved playing sports and played Pop Warner Football at Mandarin Athletic Association where he won a National Championship in 2002. David was an avid tournament fisherman and could catch a fish in any puddle of water! He also enjoyed golfing, watching the Florida Gators and Jacksonville Jaguars. David was working as an elevator technician with Residential Elevators.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents: Kent and Carole DuMont, Jr. and is survived by his parents: David Sohm, Sr. and Debbie Sohm; uncles: Kent DuMont, III (Kerry) and Billy Sohm (Carol); grandparents: Henry & Celia Sohm and his cousin: Christopher Dumont.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM on Thursday, August 8, 2024 at Christ Church, Mandarin Campus, 6045 Greenland Road.
His family will receive friends from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the church prior to the service.
Peeples Family Funeral Home is serving the Sohm Family.
