David Stephenson passed away on November 30, 2024, in Indianapolis, Indiana. He was born on December 16, 1961, in Modesto, California to James and Catherine Stephenson who proceeded him in death.
David held an associate's degree in arts, Interior Design from the Art Institute of Atlanta. We will remember his creative talents, his beautiful flower gardens and the foods he liked to cook, especially the lasagna he brought for Christmas dinners.
David is survived by his siblings, Cynthia Leppert of Brownsburg, Susan Hoff (Doug) of Indianapolis, Theresa Key of Nashville IN, Lee Frederick (Patti Ann) of Texas, Timothy Stephenson (Julie) of Greenwood, Kevin Stephenson (Theresa) of Franklin, Joseph Stephenson (Pamela) of Indianapolis, Jonathan Stephenson of North Carolina and many nieces and nephews.
In light of the fact that David strived to help those who had a hard time helping themselves, the family suggests donations to your local social services organization. Local to where David lived: Horizon House 1033 E Washington St., or Indianapolis, Wheeler Mission 245 N. Delaware St., Indianapolis or 205 E. New York St., Indianapolis, or CHIP Indy 1014 Prospect St., Indianapolis.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Jessen Funeral Home-Whiteland Chapel, located at 729 N. U.S. Hwy, 31, Whiteland, Indiana 46184.

Crazy you are gone. All the good times we had in school. You always had a way of keeping things fun and getting a smile outta me. Enjoyed our friendship after school and mainly stayed in contact thru the years Rest in comfort and peace my friend till we meet again. Love you always!
