David Streng Obituary

David is survived by his loving wife Susan, and children Daniel Streng, Massillon, OH, and Hayley (Samuel) Gerow, Griswold, CT. Also surviving are two grandchildren, Sadie Dennis and Magnus Gerow, plus three brothers, Ron (Karen) Streng, Jeff (Phyllis) Streng, and John (Nan) Streng. He was preceded in death by a brother, Alan Streng, a sister, Cheryl Streng, and his parents.
David lived a full life marked by many unforgettable moments. A boat mover and having worked at Lakeside Marine for nearly 30 years. Beyond work, he cherished spending his free time fishing and building model planes.
The family has chosen to hold a private service with no visitation. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Ottawa County Humane Society in David's honor.
