Dawn graduated from Westminster High School and the University of Baltimore. She loved the beach, playing the keyboard and singing.
In addition to her parents, Dawn is survived by a daughter Malinka along with her sisters- Honesty Peltier/husband Brian, Lisa Browder/husband Michael, Angela Hart/husband Joey, and brother Joey Phipps/wife Jeronima. Dawn was also loved and supported by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. She will forever be part of the large family spirit.
