We are gathered here today to celebrate the life of Dawn "Wolf" Renee Madsen, who passed from this life on July 10, 2024, at the age of 23. She was born in Conroe, Texas on February 5, 2001 to parents, Alicia and Michael Madsen.
She is survived by her loving parents: her brother: Grayson; her grandparents: Rose Carter and Warren Madsen; as well as numerous other aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. She is preceded in death by her grandmother, Hellen Madsen.
Dawn was known for her deep love for her dog, Otis, and her cat, Liam, whom she considered her loyal companions. She took great pleasure in grooming Otis and caring for her "fur babies." Dawn's passion for animals extended well beyond her own pets. Her entire family often would come together to volunteer at local shelters and advocate for animal welfare, a shared activity that fueled her and her enthusiasm for caring for animals, especially those in need.
Dawn was also a talented artist. She loved to draw, often using vibrant colors and her vivid imagination to create beautiful and unique pieces of art.
In addition to her artistic talents, Dawn enjoyed cooking and exploring different recipes. One of her specialties was Eggs Benedict, a dish she loved to prepare for her family. This particular recipe holds cherished memories, especially of the times she made it for Alicia on Mother's Day.
Dawn's passion and contagious laughter made her truly stand out. She will be deeply missed, and forever loved and remembered by all who knew her.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 1:00 PM on Wednesday at McNutt Funeral Home, 1703 Porter Rd. Conroe, Texas, with a reception to follow in the Texas Hall.

Condolences to all who love Wolf. I'm still missing you. We missed you at the family Christmas. We had an empty chair just like we had for G'ma (great grandmother) who we lost in September. We all miss you and wish you had seen another way to manage what was before you. I worry about "keeping the kids alive" just like you did. I hope you see me speaking at the school board members trying to get the school board to listen. We know "Y'all Means All." Love, Grandma.
