Debby C. Williams
It is with heavy hearts and profound sorrow that we announce the passing of Debby C. Williams, age 67, in Post Falls, Idaho. Debby peacefully departed this life and returned to our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on September 23, 2025. Her life was a testament to deep faith and unwavering love for her family. Debby was kind-hearted and inspired those around her to know and follow the path of faith. Debby was also known for her infectious laugh and wonderful sense of humor. She will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
Born on April 12, 1958, in Seattle, Washington, born to Marilyn J. Foster and Donald W. Fogelberg. Debby was the youngest of four daughters. She grew up in the Seattle area before moving to Spirit Lake, Idaho, where she attended high school and began her family.
In the summer of 1981, Debby married the love of her life, Raymond Williams, who passed away in 2016. Together, they shared a once-in-a-lifetime love that was the cornerstone of their lives together. Debby and Ray raised four cherished sons: Andy Ross (Jessica Ross) Osborn, Levi Williams (Lindsay Williams) of Post Falls, Kenee Ross (Deanna Ross) of Post Falls, and Ben Williams of Post Falls. She loved her boys with her whole heart. Debby also leaves behind her seven loving grandchildren: Ashton Williams, Ella Williams, Kailas Ross, Ava Ross, Hannah Ross, Emersyn Williams, and Terick Ross.
She is survived by her sister, Nancy Sutton (Bob Sutton) of Bremerton; her sister-in-law, Alice Durr (David Durr) of Post Falls; her mother, Marilyn Olson of Worley; and several beloved nieces and nephews.
Debby dedicated over 30 years to her career as a debt collector and office manager at North Idaho Credit, where she made a lasting impact. Her passions included playing bingo, reading the Bible, and crocheting. The pain of her passing is deeply felt by her sons and family, who will forever carry her memory in their hearts.
“The Lord bless you and keep you.
The Lord make His face shine upon you and be gracious to you.
The Lord lift up His countenance upon you and give you peace.”
