Deborah R Breon

Deborah R. "Deb" Breon, 69, of Fleming, passed away peacefully at her home on Saturday, November 22, 2025. Born April 6, 1956, in Hanover, PA, she was the daughter of the late Merle Runk and Grace L. Borger, and was lovingly raised by her grandparents, the late Harold and Loretta Borger of Moshannon.
A 1974 graduate of Bald Eagle Area High School, Deb dedicated 26 years of service as a Clerk-Typist II with the Department of Public Welfare and Public Assistance in Bellefonte. She was a woman of quiet faith, sharing her musical talents as a pianist at the Snow Shoe United Methodist Church and attending the Halfmoon Christian Fellowship Church for many years.
Deb lived a simple, gentle life filled with the things she cherished most. She delighted in curling up under a warm blanket with a good book and a hot cup of coffee, and her happiest moments were spent in the company of her family and friends.
She is survived by her daughter, Arielle N. Breon (Jason Brungart) of Fleming; her two beloved grandchildren, Orion Moore and Skyla Moore; and her siblings, Stephen Walker (Paula) of Florida, Dale Walker (Kim) of Hollidaysburg, and Dee Almashie (George) of Bellefonte. She also leaves behind her dearest friend, Donna Soltis of Port Matilda.
A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, November 26, 2025, at 11:00 AM at the Daughenbaugh Funeral Home in Milesburg, with Dee Almashie officiating. Burial will be private.
