Deborah S. Glancy, 72 of Brunswick died on December 1, 2025 at Brunswick Pointe. She was born on August 5, 1953 in Berea, Ohio to parents Howard and Edna (Jones) Glancy. She graduated from Strongsville High School in 1971. She was a homemaker and she had a special gift for flower arranging especially wedding flowers. She also worked at Slansky’s Nursey. Deborah had so much love and knowledge for everything to do with plants.
Deborah leaves behind her son, Brent (Allison) Porter of Strongsville; two grandchildren: Hank and Layla; Siblings: Edward Glancy of Valley City, Madeline Dusky of Berea and Linda McWeeny of West Salem; nieces and nephews and good friend and guardian angel, Debbie Glancy. Deborah was preceded in death by her parents; brothers: Jack Hank, Bob Glancy and sister, Barbra Ann Glancy.
The graveside service for Deborah will be at Congress Cemetery at a later date. Deborah’s family would like to say a huge thank you to Brunswick Transitional Care and Bella Care Hospice they went above and beyond to help Deborah’s family through this challenging time.
