Deborah "Debbie" Moore, age 72, of Kingston passed away Sunday, November 2, 2025 at Methodist Medical Center in Oak Ridge. She was born April 3, 1953 in Harriman and was a lifelong resident of Roane County. Debbie had attended Swan Pond Baptist Church in years passed and was of the Baptist faith. She was a graduate of Midway High School and had worked for many years at the Roane County Health Department where she made lots of friends. Debbie later retired from the HR Department with The State of Tennessee where she had worked as a Human Resource Administrator. She was known for her warm heart and her deep love for her family and friends. Her kindness and generosity touched the lives of many. She was a very giving person and always thought of others before herself. Debbie enjoyed gardening, looking at Facebook but her most precious times were those spent with her grandchildren and she especially loved spending time with Jayden. Preceded in death by her parents, Martin Moore & Luella Moore Powell; sister, Brenda Joyce Boles; and brother, Martin Stanley "Stan" Moore.
