Debbie was a 1974 graduate of Harbor Creek High School. She was currently an Administrative Assistant at Placidi & Parini Law Firm. Debbie was an avid bingo player, enjoyed traveling, going to auctions and spending time with her family. She loved being outside, taking walks and looking for four leaf clovers.
Debbie is survived by two children, Kaylan Bender (Joe) and Benton Samec; her significant other, Chuck Orton; two brothers, Ray Beer (Kelly) and Tom Beer (Shelley); Chuck's family, Cindy Price (Corey), Chuck Orton (Elaine), James Orton (Brittney), Christy Orton, and their families; and nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Debbie was preceded in death by her husband, Vincent "Tony" Samec.
Friends will be received at the Dusckas-Taylor Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 5151 Buffalo Road (at Hannon Rd. in Harborcreek Twp.) on Saturday, January 27th from 4 pm until the time of the Closing Prayers at 7 pm. Memorial contributions may be made to the Harborcreek Fire Department, 7275 Buffalo Road, Erie, PA 16510 or Paula S. Cousins Ovarian and Endometrial Cancer Foundation, PO Box 928, Waterford, PA 16441.
