Deborah "Debbie" Lea Shilling, age 71 of Crawfordsville passed away on Wednesday, February 26, 2025 at her home in Crawfordsville surrounded by her family. She was born on December 12, 1953 to the late Paul and Eleanor (Black) Shillings.
Debbie graduated from North Putnam High School in 1973. She then went on to work at Heritage Products and Banjo Corporation. Debbie loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She enjoyed hiking puzzles and playing Oh Hell.
Debbie will be deeply missed by her daughters, Chanda Billings and Kylie (Josh) Spangler; grandchildren, Taylor Griffin, Jessica Peacock, and Jacob Walden; great-grandchildren, Bella, Lanie, and Rainlea; siblings, Shirley Champ, Barbara Ralston, Carolyn Reynolds, Edna (John) Baker, Robert (Sharon) Shillings, Sara Carr, Dora Harvey, Dennis (Yvonna) Shillings, and Marlene Hurst; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her siblings, Paul Shillings, Darlen Blackmoore, Mary Lou Thomas, and Donald Shillings.
