Deborah R. Tatreau

Deborah (Debbie) R. Tatreau, 73, passed away peacefully on February 2, 2025, at the Milford Regional Medical Center surrounded by her loved ones. She was the wife of the late Frank A. Tatreau. She was born in Framingham in 1951, the daughter of the late Robert and Jennie (Tagliaferri) Perry.
Debbie was well known for her great sense of humor and brutal honesty. She was a woman of great intelligence and resourcefulness. She was witty and clever and always the life of the party. Debbie loved a good adventure and always had a great story to share. She was the type of person who's laugh was infectious. She took great joy in gift giving, always showering her grandchildren in treasures. She made it clear to anyone who inquired that her children were her pride and joy and greatest accomplishment.
A lifelong fan of the Red Sox, Celtics and Patriots, her enthusiasm for her Boston sports teams was unmatched. She loved watching the games and could cite player stats like a professional. Animals held a special place in Debbie's heart. Her pets were truly considered family and her love for all creatures large and small was known by all. This love was only surpassed by the boundless love she had for her family.
Debbie is survived by her sons, Dennis Schadler and his wife Dawn of Uxbridge, Jason M. Schadler and his wife Christine of Milford; her daughter, Amy L. Tatreau and her wife Christine Wilks of Milford; and her brother, Billy Perry of Milford, her sister, Joann Donahue of Worcester; 8 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She will be met in heaven by her brother Bobby Perry of Milford.
Visiting Hours will be held on Saturday, February 8, 2025 from 2-4 PM in the Buma-Sargeant Funeral Home, 42 Congress St., Milford.
