Marie Savicki Obituary
Mrs. Savicki had been a registered nurse for Hospice Care of Rhode Island until her retirement in 2010.
She was born May 28, 1945 in Greenfield the daughter of the late Adelard and Flora (Blinn) LaPointe. She was a graduate of Tewksbury Memorial High School, class of 1963 and of Community College of Rhode Island.
Marie was a member of the Mendon Senior Center, where she volunteered for the tax preparing. She worked part time for the Mendon Board of Health.
In addition to her husband Ronald, of 16 years, she is survived by her sons Robert V. Weddleton of Delaware and William E. Snow of Mendon and three grandchildren. She was predeceased by three brothers.
Funeral services will be private.
Memorial donation may be made to the Mendon Food Pantry, c/o Mendon Senior Center, 62 Providence St., Mendon, MA 01756.
