Deborah M. VanSuch, age 70, passed away on April 23, 2025, at Aultman Hospital following a brief illness. She was born October 15, 1954, in Youngstown to Henry and Ann (Frazzini) Popovich and is a graduate of Struthers High School. Debbie worked as a waitress for many years, but her favorite title of all was "Mom." She was fortunate to be able to focus her attention on raising her 2 daughters and cherished that time. Debbie also loved being an aunt and great aunt to her several nieces and nephews and having her regular scheduled lunches with her sisters. She was active in her local condo association and her "Condo Friends" were an integral part of her life these past several years.
Debbie is preceded in death by her husband, Terrence VanSuch and her brother Joe Popovich. She is survived by her daughters Jillian (Brett) Frank and Teri (Jon) Gorski; siblings Betty Ann Kadvan, Doreen (Rob) Chance, Laurie (Ken) Goist, and Gina Popovich, Thomas (Liz) VanSuch; several nieces, nephews, and friends.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, May 3rd from 10-11 a.m. at Christ the Servant Parish, 833 39th St NW, Canton, OH 44709.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held promptly at 11 a.m. at the church.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the University Hospitals Seidman Cancer Center.
