Debra Backus Obituary
She was born November 5, 1953 in Sewickley, Pennsylvania to the late George and Wanda (Shingleton) Regester. Debra graduated from Brunswick High School in 1965? She married Craig Backus in 1988, and they resided in Medina before moving to Lodi in 1992. Debra had worked as a teller for Huntington Bank. She was an avid Ohio State and Pittsburgh Steelers fan.
She is survived by her sons, Ryan (Angela) Rohrbaugh and Chad (Amber) Rohrbaugh; grandchildren, Cheyenne, Chase, Ashlynn, Tyler, and Haley; nieces and nephews, Phil and Candy Black, Tori (Michael) Canavan, and Austin (Maddie) Black; many brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, and cherished neighbors.
Memorial Visitation will be Saturday, February 7, 2026, from 1 to 3 p.m. at Parker Funeral Home, 210 Medina St., Lodi, OH. Inurnment will be at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery at a later date.
