Debra Diana Bailey

Debra Diana (Bailey) Weaver, 69, of Ridgeville, IN, passed away Friday, February 28th, 2025, unexpectedly, yet in the comfort of her home. Debra was born in Winchester, IN, on November 14, 1955, a daughter of Carol Joan (Stanley) Bailey and the late Marvin Dean Bailey. She was a 1974 graduate of Winchester High School and was formerly employed in the manufacturing industry, as well as being a licensed hairdresser. Debra enjoyed being outdoors in the sunshine, the comforts of home, gardening, cooking, sunflowers, watching Western's, listening to classic rock, collecting pewter figurines, Mickey Mouse, and spending time with her children and grandchildren. She is survived by her mother Carol Bailey, son Marcus Bailey (Alisha), daughter Diana Talbert (Eli), 2 sisters; Darla Midlam, Teresa Crowder (Dennis), 4 grandchildren; Bailey Talbert, Bentley Talbert, Aubree McClure, Carly Melser (Tyler), 1 great grandchild Leanna Melser and several nieces and nephews. Debra was preceded in death by her father Marvin Bailey, and brother Tony Bailey. Services will be private at the convenience of the family at a later date.
