Debra "Debbie" D'Arrigo
Wednesday, October 28th, 1970 – Tuesday, December 5th, 2023
Debra A. D'Arrigo, age 53, of Peters Township, passed away at home surrounded by her family on Tuesday, December 5th, 2023.
Beloved wife of Robert A. D'Arrigo for 29 years. Loving mother of Andrew D'Arrigo, Rocco D'Arrigo, and Dino D'Arrigo. Daughter of the late Donald R. Williams and Donna (Koltalo) Williams of Pittsburgh, PA. Daughter-in-law of the late John J. D'Arrigo and Agnes (Lavrich) D'Arrigo of Canonsburg, PA. Dear sister of Dawn (Marc) Zabicki of Fort Mill, SC, Gene (Megan) Williams of St Marys, PA, Angela (Jason) Swackhammer of St Marys, PA, and sister-in-law of Jim (Samantha) D'Arrigo of Henderson, NV, and Amy (Jim) Ciotti of Canonsburg, PA. Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
Debbie earned a Bachelor's degree in accounting from Robert Morris University while working fulltime. She had a fulfilling and rewarding career working at various financial institutions including PNC, KPMG BNY Mellon, Federal Reserve Bank, Capitol One and finally TriState Capitol where she held the position of SVP, Anti Money Laundering Officer. Debbie also served on the board of her local Association of Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialists (ACAMS) chapter. Determination, drive, and integrity guided her career advancement. Her leadership and grace inspired her team members, colleagues, mentees, friends, and her many nieces & nephews who looked up to her as a role model.
Debbie met Rob in high school. They were more than husband and wife. They were truly best friends. They welcomed everyone into their home with food, music and friendship, especially during the holidays. Together they built a wonderful family, raising three amazing young men who are the light of their life and the source of their purpose. Debbie loved her boys fiercely, embraced them with compassion, and was their strongest advocate. She will continue to embrace them from heaven.
Debbie was beautiful inside and out, a free spirit of calm, stability, ease, and confidence. She was an extremely accomplished mom, work professional, amazing home remodeler, and an adventurer. She loved life. Her caring nature was a bright light to everyone. She cherished time with family and friends on the slopes and at the beach. Debbie courageously fought throughout her battle with cancer. In her suffering, she grew closer to God. When He was ready to call her home, her husband and sons held her in an everlasting embrace, exactly as she needed.
Arrangements by BEINHAUER, 2828 Washington Road, McMurray PA 15317, 724-941-3211. Family and friends are welcome on Thursday December 7th, 2023, from 4-8P.M. A prayer service will conclude the evening at 7:45 P.M.

I worked with Debbie between 2014-2019 and we had a challenging task yet amazing time working together to establish a sustainable AML risk assessment process. She was like a work sister, someone I felt like I really understood, could anticipate and appreciate. She reminded me of my real sister and because I was only two years older, I felt like we could confide in one another on a variety of topics. I enjoyed visiting her in Pittsburgh when I passed through on my way to see family in Upstate New York and had the pleasure to meet her family. I am heartbroken to see her leave so soon, but infinitely grateful for all the beautiful memories I have to embrace in her absence. Her passion for life, laughter and compassion for others will ride with me on my journey. Miss you Deb! ** With admiration and sadness, Jerry Scriven

I was really impressed when my wife and I attended their son, Andrew's graduation. Deb noticed that we were not familiar with anybody besides Rob who was busy and we had two young grandsons with us. She made sure to have Rocco show Star Wars stuff to the boys and she was such a sweet host to us. She was a classy lady.
