Debra Kay Kinslow, of Moore, passed away August 29, 2025 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma at the age of 66 years.

Debra was born November 1, 1958 in Wynnewood, Oklahoma to Joe Lee and Oneka June (Hannah) Kinslow. She lived in various places but was raised primarily in the Oklahoma City area. She is a graduate from the Southeast High School in Oklahoma City. She worked as a carhop at a Drive-in while in high school. Later she furthered her education by attending a School of Cosmetology as well as Shannon's Modeling School; and attending the American College in Oklahoma City to study medicine training toward becoming a Physician's Assistant.

She was preceded in death by her father, Joe Lee Kinslow.

Debra is survived by her mother, Oneka Kinslow; a brother and his wife, Joe Stanley and Emelia Kinslow; their twin children, a niece and a nephew: Joseph Kyle Kinslow and son, Jacob Kyle Kinslow; and Christy Renee Bolster and her husband, Jerry, and their twin children, Jameson Bolster and Dallas Bolster.

A family gathering will be held at a later date as she is placed at her resting place at Mt. Olivet Cemetery.

Services for cremation are under the direction of Stufflebean-Coffey Funeral Home. We invite you to send words of comfort to the family of this webpage.
