Debra "Debbie" Diann May, 65, was born October 15, 1959 in Seagraves, Tx to Ronnie M. Nettles and Bertha Dean Smith-Nettles. She grew up in Tahoka and graduated from Wilson High School in Wilson, TX. She married Ricky Charles May in Wilson, Texas. She worked at Plains Cotton Coop for 40 years before retiring. She enjoyed arts and crafts, cooking, gardening, & home décor.
Debbie went to be with the Lord Sunday April 20, 2025. Her parents, her brother: Michael "Mike" Nettles, and 2 uncles: Dalton Ansel Smith & Otis Edward Smith were all waiting at Heaven's gate for her.
Those left to cherish her memories are her husband of 44 years: Ricky Charles May, her son: Blake Randal May, 3 aunts: Cynthia "Cindy" Robertson, Bonnie Brookey & husband Tommy, and Aunt "Tachey" Joyce "Jodie" Hunt, 2 nieces: Amber Maddox & Sarah Ibarra, 3 nephews: Keyhan Moradi, Trevor Michael Bennett & Ryan Blake Bennett, along with 2 sister-in-laws: Karen Nettles and Cindy May.
Services will be at 11:00am Monday, April 28, 2025 at Wilsons' Funeral Directors Chapel in Wolfforth, TX with Pastor Mike Martindale of The Heights Fellowship officiating. Entombment will be in Wilsons' Funeral Directors Cemetery under the care of Wilsons' Funeral Directors of Wolfforth, TX.
