It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Debra A. Wright, age 68, of Hartsville, South Carolina, who passed away on July 24th, 2025 surrounded by her youngest son, Bartholomew Handwerker and her brother, Robert Wright.
Debby was born on December 1st, 1956 in New Jersey to Bartholomew and Alice Wright. She was a beloved daughter, sister, mother and Gammy.
She will be remembered for her love for Jesus Christ, sense of humor, and love for making baked goods for those she truly cared about.
Debby is survived by her three children, Bartholomew Handwerker, James Mullen, and Henry Handwerker. Debby is also survived by her brothers, Bobby and Bart Wright. Finally Debby is survived by her grandchildren, Cameron Handwerker, Mason and Connor Mullen, Henry and Millie Handwerker.
A celebration of life service will be held on August 3rd, 2025 at 1:00p at First Pentecostal Holiness Church at 512 Swift Creek rd in Hartsville, S.C. All who knew and loved Debby are welcome to attend and celebrate her life.
