Mr. Delbert Lee McNiel, 76, of Snyder, TX, passed away on Thursday, March 27, 2025, at his home in Snyder. A funeral service for Mr. McNiel will be held on Tuesday, April 1, 2025, at 2 PM at Bell-Cypert-Seale Chapel. A graveside service will be held the following day, April 2, 2025, at 2 PM, at Rule Cemetery in Rule, TX. Arrangements are under the direction of Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home.
Mr. McNiel was born on January 7, 1949, to Harold and Tilda (Hurt) McNiel in Brownfield, Texas. Delbert was a United States Army Veteran. He joined the service in 1968, touring in both Okinawa and Germany. He met Melba Jean Anderson and married in 1971, together raising four children. Mr. McNiel loved fishing, hunting, motorcycles, BBQ, and being with his family. He also enjoyed country music, dancing, and playing pool. Delbert had a love for comedy and a gift for making people laugh. He worked hard all of his life and he lived free. He loved his country, and his dogs Dobbin and Andy Gail.

He was preceded in death by his,

Mona Stegall,
and Cynthia McCann.
A visitation will be held from 6-7 PM, Monday, March 31, 2025, at Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home.
