She is survived by her son, Cody Noggle; her mother, Ruby Piker; siblings, Ruby Jean Crum, Norma Stipes, Danney Stipes, Elizabeth Lawrence, Loretta Lunestad, Andrew Stipes, Frances Stipes, Jason Stipes, Daniel Stipes, Anthony Jones, Terry Piker and Amanda Piker; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and great-nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her father, Lavon Stipes; sister, Lavonya Sue Stipes and a brother, Harold Stipes.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, October 15, 2024 at 3:00 p.m. at the Powell Funeral Home Chapel in Bald Knob. Visitation will begin at 2:00 p.m. Interment will follow in the Carter Cemetery by Powell Funeral Home, Bald Knob – Judsonia. www.powellfuneralhome.net.
