Dennis Charles Jordan Sr.

Dennis C. Jordan Sr., longtime owner of Te'Dens Bar in Warwick, passed away the evening of Saturday, October 18, 2025, at the age of 83. He was the beloved husband and best friend of Nancy L. (Jones) Jordan to whom he shared 65 years of marriage. Born in Cranston, he was the only child of the late Charles H. and Eleanor F. (Barnes) Jordan.
He loved to stay active and counted golfing, snowmobiling, shooting darts and watching the Patriots among some of his favorite activities. When his family was young, they enjoyed spending time on the water on their boat and taking trips to Block Island. Having spent most of his life in the Oakland Beach Neighborhood, he was a lifetime member of the Oakland Beach Volunteer Firemen's Club. Above all, he was most proud of his children and grandchildren and happiest when spending time with them.
Dennis was the devoted father of Denise Dunning (husband, Jeffrey Blais), Dennis C. Jordan Jr. and the late Susan Jordan; cherished 'Papa' of James Dunning, Brandon Dunning, David Jordan and the late Charles Dunning and 'Great-Papa' of Damon Dunning.
His services will be held privately.
