He is survived by his wife, Joan (Reider) Simpson, whom he married December 14, 1976 and brother Doug (Felica) Simpson. He is also survived by nieces and nephews along with a sister-in-law Kay Knallay.
He is preceded in death by his parents Homer and Beverly Simpson and 2 brothers Don and Dave Simpson.
Per Dennis's request, there will be no calling hours or funeral at this time. Secor Funeral Home in Willard, Ohio is assisting his family with arrangements. Memorial contributions may be made to the Humane Society or Back to the Wild Sanctuary. Online condolences may be made to the family at www.secorfuneralhomes.com.
