She is survived by daughters, Ashley (Richard Eskilson) Hardy and Lisa (Josh Yarbro) Hardy; grandchildren, Christian & Elijah Hardt and Raymond Yarbro; twin brother, Kurt (Margaret) Mesdag; numerous nieces & nephews; and many dear friends. She is predeceased by her brother, Mark J. Mesdag; parents, Gerhard & Carol Ann Mesdag (Rice); and father of her daughters, Michael Hardy.
Services are Private. Cremation rites accorded. Memorials to the family.

I'm so sorry to hear of Deonel's death. I was privileged to work with her at RiverBluff for many years. She was such a great advocate for her residents who she knew so very well. She was an incredible hard worker! I'm truly sorry for her passing and your family's loss of such a fine woman.

Nell was one of my favorite people I worked with in my 12 years as CNA, even right up to the end. She never failed to ask if I was doing okay, asking how my girls were, and then proceeding to gush over how much she loves her grandsons. I will deeply miss her.
