Diana M. Bodway, 79, died at July 9, 2025 at Samaritan Medical Center with her family by her side.

Diana was born January 14, 1946 in Rutland the daughter of Henry and Mary Sullivan Hutchins. She graduated from Adams Center Central School. She married Joseph Pearson, the marriage ended in divorce. Diana later married Albert Bodway, Sr. they were married 32 years before his death on April 6, 2006. Diana work at the New Parrot Motel, in Watertown. After her husband retired from the New York Air Brake in 1998 the couple moved to North Carolina. While in North Caroline she work at The Oaks at Sweeten Creek. She moved back to Watertown to live with her son and daughter in-law Kenneth and Melissa Pearson. Diana was a member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses in Adams, NY. Diana enjoyed gardening and being with family.

Surviving are two sons Kenneth (Melissa) Pearson, Watertown, Bradford (Terri) Bodway, NC, three stepchildren, Michael (Sandi) Bodway, SC, Vicky (Reginal) Hayes, FL, Debbie (John) Collins, Flat Rock, NC., seventeen grandchildren and 31 great grandchildren, and six great great grandchildren. Three sons Henry and Brian (as infants) and Stanley on (April 22, 2025), two stepchildren Albert Bodway, Jr. and Melinda Bodway, nine brothers, Robert, Charles, Richard, Joseph, Michael, Thomas, Art, Gerald, Ralph, two sisters Joan Berghorn and Joyce Bisig-Mack all died before her.
