Diana Stackpoole

STACKPOOLE, Diana Lynn, age 48, of Fenton, passed away Sunday, August 24, 2008 at Genesys Health Park. Funeral Mass will be celebrated 11AM Wednesday, August 27, 2008 at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, 600 N. Adelaide St., Fenton. Rev. Fr. David Harvey celebrant. Visitation will be 4-8PM Tuesday at Sharp Funeral Homes, Fenton Chapel, 1000 Silver Lake Rd., Fenton, and 10AM Wednesday until time of Mass at the church. A rosary will be recited 4PM Tuesday at the funeral home. Donations may be made to the family for her daughter's education. Diana was born April 16, 1960 the daughter of Carl and Margaret (McKay) Hartwick. She was a 1978 graduate of Linden High School and had been a self-employed hairstylist most of her life. She married Brian Stackpoole August 21, 1999 at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church. Diana loved to help people, she was thoughtful, kind, and never had a bad word for anyone. She will be remembered always as a loving wife, a terrific mother, devoted daughter and sister, and good friend to many. Surviving are her husband, Brian; daughter, Charlotte; mother, Margaret Hartwick; 2 brothers, Darrell Hartwick (Terri), Greg Hartwick all of Fenton; sister-in-law, Ellen Stackpoole of Clio; 6 nieces, 1 nephew; several aunts, uncles and cousins.
