Diane "Di" Hanlon Ambrosio, age 69 of Sayreville, passed away Sunday, July 6, 2025, at her home. Born in Jersey City, she had lived in Sayreville for the past 50 years. Di worked as an office manager for her husband Joseph P. Ambrosio Esq. for many years. She loved spending time with her family, most especially hosting her many siblings, nieces and nephews at her home with her husband, children and grandchildren. Everyone loved going to Di's house. She had a way of making everyone feel welcome and loved, and everyone knew Di was a judgement free zone.
She is predeceased by her parents William and Dorothy Hanlon and her beloved children Kristin Braine and Joseph Ambrosio.
Surviving are her loving husband of 50 years, Joseph, her son-in-law Michael Braine, her cherished grandchildren Gavin and Teagan Braine, her siblings Susan Hanlon, Patricia Baker and her husband Stephen, Laura Norek and her husband Francis, Michael Hanlon, and many loving nieces, nephews, cousins and friends who will miss her dearly.
A private cremation was entrusted to the Carmen F. Spezzi Funeral Home 15 Cherry Lane, Parlin.
