Diane Marie "Bink" Gough

Diane Marie Gough, lovingly known by nearly everyone as "Bink," passed away on October 4, 2025, at Corewell Wayne Hospital. She was 61 years old. A resident of Canton, Michigan. She was raised in Clawson, where her bold and joyful spirit began to shine early in life.
A proud graduate of Clawson High School's Class of 1982, Bink was known for her athletic talent, strong character, and infectious smile. She was one of the first girls in Michigan to play hardball baseball with the boys. She also loved playing basketball, softball and volleyball, and her competitive edge was matched by her enthusiasm and joy for the game.
Devoted fan of all Michigan sports, especially the Detroit Tigers and Detroit Lions. Bink cheered with passion, win or lose. She was a true Michigander through and through.
Bink dedicated much of her life to the automotive industry, where she rose through the ranks to become a production superintendent at OPmobility. She was incredibly hardworking and respected in her field, with decades of service behind her. Even more than her career, though, Bink was known for her unwavering loyalty to her family, her love of being surrounded by friends, and her deep affection for her beloved fur baby, Casey.
She is survived by her siblings: Darlene Panian, Denis (Teresa) Gough, Deborah LaMothe, Danette (Michael) Kosticak, David (Shelia) Gough, Daniel (Lori) Gough, Doreen (Mark) Martin, and Doug (Dana) Gough. Bink also leaves behind many cherished nieces, nephews, extended family members, friends, and coworkers who will forever remember her as the one who could brighten any room with her smile and her vibrant energy.
She was preceded in death by her loving parents, Francis "Frank" and Mary P., her brother-in-law, Joe Panian, niece, Kimberly Moyer and Great nephew, Wyatt Gough.
A memorial Mass will be held at 11:00 AM, with memorial visitation beginning at 10:00 AM, on Friday, October 10, 2025 at Guardian Angels Catholic Church, 581 East 14 Mile Road, Clawson, MI 48017. A celebration of life will take place at a later date.
