Beloved wife of Ray Mesh, wedded on September 26, 1959.
Loving mother of Laura ( Glenn) Antonsen of Aurora, IL and the late Brad Mesh.
Adored grandmother of Stacy Antonsen, Brittany (Matthew) Jackson, and Kelsie (Daniel) McDarrah.
Loving great-grandmother of Leila Cooper and Madison McDarrah.
Dear sister of the late Richard (Barbara) Widtmann.
Loving sister-in-law of David (Maureen) Mesh, Susan (the late Richard) Braun, the late Bob (Dorothy) Mesh. Dear aunt of many nieces and nephews.
Diane spent her working professional career in pediatrics. She spent over 35 years of volunteering and directing for One Step at a Time (children diagnosed with cancer). She was very active in social events, especially at her Stonegate Community. In lieu of flowers. Diane's family will be setting up a memorial in her name.
Visitation: Monday, January 23rd 3:00-9:00 PM at Friedrich-Jones Funeral Home, 44 S. Mill St., Naperville, IL 60540.
Prayers will begin Tuesday, January 24th 9:15 AM from the funeral home and process to Annunciation Catholic Church, 1820 Church Road, Aurora, IL 60505 for a 10:00 AM Mass of Christian Burial.
Friends and family will gather immediately following the Mass at All Saints Cemetery, Des Plaines, IL (no procession, meet inside the gate) for final committal services.

Diane was a woman of warmth and generosity, who with Ray placed their love and affection to family and beyond. Her friendship was true and strong as her devotion to others was demonstrated throughout a lifetime of many challenges. Diane´s energy and strength of character were always accompanied by her genuine smile.
Condolences to Ray and family as you will be comforted in your time of loss by joyful and loving memories.

Ray and family, we are so very deeply sorry for your loss. The world will now be a little duller but heaven so much brighter. We are sorry we won´t be able to attend Diane´s services because we are in Mexico but know you will very much be in our thoughts and prayers at this difficult time.
