Diane K. Roscoe, 82, of Pendleton passed away on October 26, 2025. She was born on September 30, 1943 in Anderson to the late Andrew and Ethel (Hall) Trout. Diane graduated from Pendleton High School and spent a majority of her life in Pendleton. She moved to Elkhart, IN for a short time, but made her way back to her hometown. Diane began her career as a hairdresser before starting her 28 year career at the Pendleton Correctional Facility as a correctional officer. Diane was the past president of the Auxiliary of the Pendleton American Legion Post #117. She was a dog lover and rescued many dogs, including one of her favorites, Herbie.
Left to cherish her memories are her sons, Scott (Jeff Jones) Trout and Bill (Erica) Roscoe; and grandchildren, Andrew Trout, Donavin Roscoe, Sarah Slavn, Ian Chastain, and Stephen Chastain.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and brothers, Robert "Bob" Trout, Dick Trout, and Ronald "Ronnie" Trout.
Cremation rites have been accorded. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Diane's memory may be given to the Madison County SPCA Humane Society, 2219 Crystal St., Anderson, IN 46012 or online donation here (https://www.paypal.com/fundraiser/charity/2196337).
