A proud graduate of Open Door Christian School’s Class of 1987, Diane was actively involved in Lorain County 4-H throughout her youth and adulthood. Diane taught online through Ohio Connections Academy, in person at Albert Einstein Academy, and began her journey as an educator at Avon Lake City Schools.
Diane found immense joy in crafting and often shared her talents as a seamstress for church and community events. Her love for her family was boundless, and being a grandmother brought her unparalleled happiness. She took great pride in supporting her grandchildren’s pursuits and was a constant source of encouragement in their lives.
An avid NFL fan, Diane had a special place in her heart for the Pittsburgh Steelers. Her competitive spirit shone brightly as the winningest owner in her family’s fantasy football league—a title she held with pride.
