DIANE L. TAYLOR age 68, of Piqua, OH passed away at 1:20 PM on Sunday December 15, 2024 at Kettering Hospital in Kettering, OH. She was born on March 14, 1956 in Piqua, OH to the late Harold and Lillian (Hayes) Dill. Diane married James R. Taylor on August 12, 1986 in Troy, OH. and he survives.
Diane is also survived by six children: David (Grace) Taylor, Sidney, OH, Matt (Jamie) Taylor, Piqua, OH, Jason (Brandi) Taylor, Piqua, OH, Joshua (Selena) Taylor, Columbus, OH, Jennifer (Thomas) Rogers, Troy, OH and Julie (Justin) Jenkins, Piqua, OH; one brother and sister-in-law: Bill (Izzy) Dill, Xenia, OH and one sister: Wanda Molitor, Xenia, OH; seven grandchildren: Robbie, Lily, Wrangler, Carson, Jaxson, Evan and Aubree.
Diane graduated from Piqua Central High School in 1974. She was a HR Manager for CRSI in Troy, OH for several years before retiring. Diane loved cooking, baking, traveling, and being near a beautiful sunny beach. She especially loved spending time with her family and friends.
A private Celebration of Diane's life will be held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are being handled by Melcher-Sowers Funeral Home, Piqua, OH.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Miami County Animal Shelter 1110 N. County Rd. 25A Troy, OH. 45373 or to the American Heart Association 1313 W. Dorothy Lane Kettering, OH. 45409.
