Dianne Carol Headman passed away peacefully at the age of 78. After struggling with
Alzheimer disease for 8 years spending the last 5 months in the care of Bel Aire memory care
facility and graduated to the spirit world at 6:05am on January 26,2023.
Dianne was born on November 30,1944 to Milton Rowe Lane and Doris Marie Young Lane in
Bath Maine. She grew up in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and served in
numerous callings in the church and was a very service oriented person. She married Charles
Leroy Headman on March 28,1967 in Provo, Utah and became an instant stepmother to
daughters Shirley and Shauna then having 3 children later to Daniel, Laurel and Karalee. Then
sealed together in the Provo temple on January 5,1980.
Dianne studied at BYU for 2 years, she worked as a waitress and was an art teacher and home
maker.
Those who preceded Dianne are her Father and Mother Milton Rowe Lane and Doris Marie
Lane, her brother Randall James Lane, and daughter Shauna Lee Allred. She is survived by
Brother Tom Lane, Sister Barbara Farnsworth, Brother Kevin Lane, and Sister Judy St. Claire,
Husband Charles Leroy Headman, Daughter Shirley Ellen Headman, Son Daniel Edward
Headman, daughter Laurel Ann Headman, daughter Kara Lee Larsen, grandchildren Tyler Jacob
Headman, Kira Dianne Allred, Laura Lee Simpson, Daryl Joe Allred, Alicia Ann Allred, Zachary
Ryan Headman, Connor Scott Headman. Great grandchildren Ryan Lee Simpson, Leo Eric
Simpson and baby great granddaughter on the way.
Funeral Services will be held on Friday February 3, 2023 at 11:00 am in the Sharon Park 1st Ward Chapel, 310 North 100 East Orem Utah. Friends may visit with the family on Thursday February 2, 2023 from 6:00-8:00 pm at the Walker Sanderson Funeral Home 646 East 800 North, Orem or on Friday from 9:30-10:45 at the church prior to the services. Interment will be in the Orem City Cemetery 1520 North 800 East Orem Utah. Condolences may be offered to the family online at www.walkersanderson.com
