Survivors include her husband, James Scroggins of Chatsworth; daughters and sons-in-law, Sonya and Billy McRae of Dalton, GA, Tonya and Robert Stiles of Dalton, GA, and Conya Call of Chatsworth; brother, Timmie Whaley of Dalton, GA; sister, Freida Mantooth.
Funeral services to celebrate the life of Mrs. Dicey Velene Masingale will be held on Wednesday, July 19, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. from the chapel of Peeples Funeral Home with Rev. Carson Scarbrough officiating.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday, July 18, 2023 from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.
Cremation services will be provided by Peeples Funeral Home & Crematory of Chatsworth.
Peeples Funeral Home & Crematory of Chatsworth is entrusted with the arrangements for Mrs. Dicey Velene Masingale.
