Mrs. Lacey was born on July 25, 1932 in Chattanooga, TN. She graduated in 1950 from Howard High School in Chattanooga, and in 1956 with a Bachelor's Degree from Tennessee State University in Nashville, TN. She was a retired teacher, having taught first at Booker T Washington Elementary School and then at Lakeside Elementary School, both in Chattanooga, TN. Mrs. Lacey had been a Jehovah Witness since 1960 and was a member of Jehovah's Witness Kingdom Hall East Winder, GA Congregation.
A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, October 25, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witness East Winder, 609 Argonne Rd, Winder, GA 30680.
