Nick, the oldest of three children, was born July 18,1988 to Rissy Jarrell Gibbs and the late Kurt Gibbs. In addition to his father, Nick was preceded in death by his, "Pawpa", Ray Jarrell of Cochran and grandparents Hal and Mecca Gibbs of Eastman.
Nick loved the outdoors. Some of his favorite pastimes were hunting, fishing on the river, and exploring the woods. He was also a handy man and could fix anything with his hands. His passion to cook always keep him and his friends fed. Nick loved children and was always able to entertain little ones. He was a big kid himself at heart.
He is survived by his loving fiancé, Nikki Clark; his mother, Carissa Jarrell Gibbs; two younger sisters, Mary Beth (Steven) Malcom and Brooke (Tony) Pittman; his, "MawMa", Mary Ann Jarrell; several nieces and nephews; last but not least, his favorite great aunt, Martha Mills, who loved him dearly and who he treasured.
The family will gather at Mathis Funeral Home Friday, November 18, 2022, from 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. to remember Nick.
Wildflowers Florist in Hawkinsville is in charge of family floral arrangements.

This is Nick's big sis he was my stepbrother. But he been in my life since he was 7yrs old. Blood thicker than water. We may not had same blood, but we was super close. My Bro was my bestfriend. He was the most nicest guys in the world, so polite, so helpful, full of life, do anything in the world for anyone. He never seen no wrong in people. So that ment he was not judgemental. I did not have a way to serves, witch killed my soul, cause I have no closer with him gone. He was the best in my book, make me pancakes every morning. I miss you bro and I couldn't come but that don't mean I didn't care or love you. Because I do an always will I write u a message on fb almost everyday.
