Donald W. Chapman August 20, 1951 – May 31, 2025 Donald Chapman, beloved husband, brother, uncle, and friend, passed away peacefully on May 31, 2025, in Lancaster, California, at the age of 73. Born on August 20, 1951, in Brantford, Ontario, Canada, Donald was the son of Arthur James Chapman and Mary Chapman. In 1957, his family moved to the Antelope Valley, where he would spend the rest of his life. Donald proudly served his country as a United States Marine. After his service, he worked as a wall paperer with AJ Paints in Lancaster, where he became known for his skill, attention to detail, and craftsmanship. He later began a long and dedicated career at Anheuser-Busch. He is survived by his brother, Mark Chapman, and Mark's wife, Janet, along with numerous nieces and nephews. Donald was preceded in death by his parents, his loving wife, Veta Chapman, and his brother, Rodney Chapman. Donald will be remembered for his sense of humor and quiet strength. His memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved him. A private family service will be held at a later date to honor his life.
