Donald D. Davis

Donald D. Davis age 70 of Richland Center passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, December 25, 2025 at the Richland Hospital. He was born on November 25, 1955 in Richland Center the son of Gerald and Margery (Wilson) Davis. Don graduated from Richland Center High School. He worked for the city of Richland Center Parks Department till his retirement in 2012. Don enjoyed hunting, fishing and the outdoors. In his younger years he played a lot in softball leagues. Don was a devoted and loving father and grandfather.
Survivors include his children, Leon (Malinda) Davis of Tomah, WI and their children, Jacob, Jason, Cira and Makayla Davis; Dawn Mittlesteadt of Richland Center, WI and her children Kirsten and Trenton Mittlesteadt; Cory (Ashlee) Davis of Cazenovia, WI and their children, Aliyah, Mckailah, Kameron and Jaxon; and Dakota Davis of Richland Center; siblings, Gordon Davis of Onalaska, WI, Sandy (Steve) Welte of Richland Center, WI, brother in-laws, Robert Powell of La Crosse, WI, Les Ladd of Highland, WI other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Gerald and Margery (Wilson) Davis, sisters, Veda Powell, Karron Cupp and twin sister Donna Ladd; brother, Ricky Davis and brother in-law John Cupp, sister in-law Sandra Davis.
A celebration of life gathering will be held on Friday, January 2, 2025 at the Stafford Funeral Home in Richland Center from 12:00 Noon – 3:00 P.M.
