Donald was born on May 7, 1931 and passed away on Thursday, June 13, 2019. Donald was a resident of Michigan City, Indiana at the time of passing. Bruce was a longtime member of the Masonic Lodge in Buffalo, NY, Michiana Lions Club, First United Methodist Church, where he was a member of the choir. Funeral Service will be held on Monday, June 17, 2019 at 10:30 AM at Geisen -Carlisle Funeral Home with Pastor Nancy Nichols of First United Methodist Church officiating. Services will conclude at the Funeral Home with cremation to follow. Memorial contributions may be given to First United Methodist Church, 121 E. 7th St. Michigan City, IN 46360.

Mr. GILBERT was the most caring human being I had the honor of knowing. His journey through life was shared with so many individuals who respected him and who are thankful for his caring heart and mind. You have honored God in your journey and now it's time to rest with him. RIP Bruce.
