Donald Edward Guldin, 57, of Macungie, passed away suddenly on Wednesday, October 2, 2024. He worked as a truck driver for Eagle Springs, Inc. He had a love for 80's rock music and was extremely talented guitarist himself. He enjoyed riding his motorcycle and spending time with his family, especially his children and grandchildren, who he loved more than anything in this world. Donnie was a loyal son, dedicated brother, loving father, and devoted Grandpa. Of all his titles, his proudest was Grandpa.
He is forever remembered by his daughter Meghan N. Cloninger, son Andrew C. Guldin, his grandchildren Gavin J. Parker, Gabriella F. Parker, and soon to be born Charlie R. Guldin, his parents Donald E. Guldin and Carol A. Guldin, and brothers David E. Guldin, Daniel E. Guldin.
Services: 1:00 PM, Tuesday, October 8 at Trexler Funeral Home, 1625 W. Highland St., Allentown. Calling hour will begin at 12:00 PM and burial at Highland Memorial Park. A celebration of life immediately following the burial and will be held at the Macungie VFW, 287 Lehigh St., Macungie. In honor of Donnie guests are encouraged to wear their favorite concert/rock band t-shirt to the celebration of life. Guests are welcome to bring a dish and/or dessert.
In honor of his love for music, donation may be made to Guitar Center Music Foundation | Giving everyone the power to create and express themselves through music (guitarcenterfoundation.org) Flowers will also be accepted.
