Donald A. Jaynes

Donald A. Jaynes, of Medford, passed away peacefully with his family by his side on November 15th, 2024. Husband of the late Doris L. Jaynes. Father of Debra Bucknam and her husband Mark, Lisa McAveeney and her husband Eddie, Emily Colley and her husband Will, Stephen Jaynes and his wife Gretchen and Roberta Driscoll, who affectionately referred to her father as "Poppy' and her husband Steve. Grampy of Steven, Craig, Jessyca, Matt, Chris, Leah, Jaime, Andrew and Ali. Great Grampy of Cameron, Max, Lorelei, Alyssa, Hailey, Madison, Everleigh and Charleigh. Son of the late Albert & Julia Janes. Donald was a resident of Medford for most of his life. He is a graduate of Medford High School and served his country honorably in the United States Air Force. For many years, Donald worked in the optical coating industry. He owned and operated Research Service Company for many years. Relatives & friends are invited to attend visiting hours at the Breslin Funeral Home, 610 Pleasant St., Malden on Friday November 22nd from 9-11 AM. All other services are private. Donald served in the United States Air Force. In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to the Disabled American Veterans, www.help.dav.org
